Two primary concerns emerged:
- Get the Grey Sheet out immediately.
- Get us to the first World Service Conference.

November, 2011 was the last board meeting. All meetings since then have been cancelled by the board leadership. All calls, email or written communication have gone unanswered.
- Board discussed, voted on and passed Via email (as allowed by GSAWS Board by-laws) a method for distribution of the GreySheet (included Intergroups requesting permission and taking responsibility for distribution)
- The decision about the distribution method and instructions was posted on the website.
- The plan provided for any meeting not affiliated with an Intergroup to ask existing Intergroups to provide them with GreySheet copies.
- Rationale for the Plan:
- The GreySheet is owned by the legal entity (GSAWS, Inc.)
- Only GSAWS, Inc. can legally give permission to duplicate and distribute the GreySheet with the new GSA logo.
- Without signed permission, those copying the GreySheet would be in violation of the copyright at the bottom of the page.
- The President of the legal entity has not signed, responded, nor denied any request sent to them by Intergroups. We do not know why because no one has received replies to calls or email.
