The Board heard the report from the GSAWS World Service Committee Meeting on March 17, 2012
Action Items:
- Report of the May 12, 2012 Board Meeting will be posted on the GSA website.
- GSA Dialogue Meeting will be suspended (per the April GSA Dialogue Meeting).
- In place of the Dialogue Meeting, the Board will convene a GSA Fellowship Voting Meeting on May 20th, 2012 with the purpose of bringing representatives of all areas of the fellowship to discuss issues of importance to the fellowship.
a. Everyone in the fellowship will be invited to attend, listen and share ideas.
b. Only elected trusted servants (e.g. GSR, Intergroup officer, Board Member) will vote when votes are taken.
c. Topic for a sharing session on May 20, 2012 will be the GSAWS Board World Service Planning Committee Report.
