The Board of Trustees hosts Town Halls three times a year for the fellowship to ask questions, make suggestions, and raise concerns about GSA World Services.

The standard agenda is:

  2. Your World Service Questions and Feedback (0-20 minutes)
  3. Special Topics for 2026 (20 minutes)
    • January: GreySheet Committee 2020 Report GreySheet Abstinence: Clarifications and Sponsor Guidelines
    • April: TBD Suggestions are welcome
    • July: TBD Suggestions are welcome
  4. Update on Progress on our Vision & Four Core Functions to achieve that vision (20m)
