Treasurer
The GSA World Services Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the budget, the financial records, and the required reporting both internally and to external agencies. The Treasurer is supported by a bookkeeper who handles the day-to-day transactions and record-keeping. The Treasurer is also supported by an Assistant Treasurer and the Finance Committee in creating and tracking the budget. The current Treasurer will train.
Secretary
The GSA Secretary records the minutes of the monthly Board of Trustees and the Chairs/ISRs meetings as well as the minutes of the annual World Service Conference. The Secretary is ultimately responsible for managing all the records of the organization with the support of the Assistant Secretary and the Note Takers.
Assistant Secretary
The GSA Assistant Secretary supports the secretary and manages GSAWS records in the GSAWS Google Drive.

Requirements: Five years of abstinence. Three-year term. 2-4 hours a month.
